چکیده

Supernumerary teeth may be encountered as an incidental finding on a radiograph. When impacted, they associated with clinical signs related to different problems such failure of eruption, displacement, root resorption or cystic lesions. They occur in primary and permanent dentition, both the maxilla mandible can single multiple patients syndromes. Mesiodens is most commonly impacted tooth appears between central maxillary incisors pediatric ages. distal third molar are rare, usually referred distomolar. A 46-year-old male consulted main complaint pain left side maxilla. panoramic radiograph revealed right fourth located posterior pericoronal radiolucency. The supernumerary was removed surgically under local anesthesia lesion enucleated. Histopathological examination consistent diagnosis dentigerous cyst Healing uneventful, remained asymptomatic. occurrence distomolar rare even rarer association cyst.
